Brett Wallach joined Lee & Associates – Nashville in 2020. He brings with him several years of experience in the Commercial Real Estate industry. Mr. Wallach specialization is in the leasing and selling of Industrial and Office buildings as well as land development and tenant/buyer representation.

As a former professional baseball player for the Los Angeles Dodgers, Chicago Cubs, and Miami Marlins, Brett brings a strong work ethic and deep dedication into his career. His personal and professional integrity drives him to ensure the best interest of his clients are met with each transaction.

Brett is teamed up with one of the most experienced industrial real estate brokers in Nashville wherein they strive to present the most advantageous real estate and marketing plans to their clients. Their goal is to discuss their clients’ business needs in order to increase their profits on their current real estate portfolio as well as assist in the acquisition of future real estate investments and build personal relationships with every client.

Brett grew up in Yorba Linda, California and now resides in Thompsons Station, Tennessee with his wife and twins. In his spare time, he enjoys playing golf and volunteering with Fellowship of Christian Athletes.
