David Bailey is an experienced real estate and development professional with a track record of success in the industrial, commercial, healthcare, and residential sectors. At Lee & Associates he specializes in site selection, development land, tenant/landlord representation, and investments.
Prior to joining Lee & Associates, Mr. Bailey served as Development Director for Prologis in Nashville, focusing on growing their local footprint. He also spent several years with Oldacre McDonald, LLC working to entitle their multi and single tenant net lease projects all over the United States. Before that Mr. Bailey spent time with Dollar General Corporation managing their Construction Remodel Program.
Mr. Bailey earned a B.S. in Construction Science & Management from Clemson University. He is passionate about his community; serving on the Board of Directors for Youth Leadership Franklin and multiple Committees at Franklin First United Methodist. David lives in his hometown of Franklin with his wife and four children.
