FORT RICHARDSON

Fort joined the Lee & Associates Nashville team in March, 2024. He specializes in market research identifying market trends and collecting data within industrial, retail, medical office, and multifamily. Fort is a native Nashvillian and recently moved back home after stints in Chicago with Avison Young and in Dallas with CoStar, fine-tuning his research capabilities and relationships. Fort attended JPII in Hendersonville, TN graduating in 2013, and received his Bachelor of Arts degree in public relations from the University of Dayton in Dayton, OH.
