JIM RODRIGUES, SIOR

Jim Rodrigues is the President of Lee & Associates Nashville. He is responsible for the operations of the Nashville office and leads the industrial practice group.

Mr. Rodrigues was previously at JLL where he was a member of the Supply Chain & Logistics Solutions team and lead the Industrial Services Division for Middle and East Tennessee representing clients in both lease and sale transactions. He specializes in site selection, supply chain and logistics, tenant and landlord representation, acquisitions, and dispositions.

Prior to entering brokerage in 2016, he spent 12 years with Prologis, working in markets including Houston, Las Vegas, Seattle, Portland, and Reno. In Las Vegas (Portland and Reno), Mr. Rodrigues managed all aspects of the business, including asset management, development, acquisitions and leasing. In total, more than 16 million square feet of industrial real estate was managed and successfully completed more than 500 lease transactions valued at over $1 billion.

Mr. Rodrigues earned his M.B.A. from Vanderbilt’s Owen Graduate School of Management, and received his Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from Trinity College in Hartford, Conn. In addition, he has previously served on the NAIOP Oregon Board, the Owen Graduate School of Management Alumni Board, the Nashville Chapter board for the of Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP), as well as the President of Owen’s Alumni Council.
