Kyle joins Lee & Associates with a background in office property transactions ranging from leasing to both owner-user and investment sales.

Kyle graduated from Champlain College with a B.S. in Business Administration and has spent the last couple of years as a Senior Associate with Kidder Mathews in Southern California focusing primarily on selling and leasing office properties, along with working on several industrial transactions.

With experience representing all types of office property buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants in varying types of transactions, Kyle knows the importance of understanding each client's unique perspective and the challenges they face in this rapidly-evolving property sector, and he takes pride in helping his clients navigate these challenges to find solutions which match their needs.
