Veteran Property Manager Michelle Szczesny Joins Lee & Associates NJ
ELMWOOD PARK, New Jersey—October 6, 2017—The New Jersey office of Lee & Associates, the largest broker-owned commercial real estate firm in the nation, has added Michelle Szczesny as Property Manager to its Elmwood Park office.
Szczesny, whose expertise covers security, leasing, cost containment, construction, accounting, and tenant/project management, has managed more than 5.6 million square feet of office, retail and industrial properties located in the New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and North and South Carolina regions.
“Michelle will give our office a big presence regarding property management,” said Brian Lynch, president of Lee & Associates New Jersey. “Her addition to our office will further our service platform to markets we are active in.”
Before joining Lee & Associates, Szczesny was Senior Property Manager at Onyx Equities, where her client list consisted of company, joint-owned ventures, receiverships and third-party owners. She directed property operations including construction services, tenant improvements and capital expenditures on a daily basis.
A graduate of Rutgers University, she also holds a BOMI International designation.
