A veteran broker with Lee & Associates New Jersey is now a partner after earning his fourth promotion since 2016, when he joined the Elmwood Park-based team as an associate.

In a news release, the firm said Troy Wisse specializes in property sales from the state’s port submarket to the Meadowlands. As a partner, he will help nurture new talent while enjoying an advanced split structure, participation in profit sharing and influence in company decision making.

“Troy has made a name for himself in the northern New Jersey industrial market by developing in-depth knowledge of this sector, and he excels at building and maintaining key relationships,” said Jason Lynch, a principal with Lee & Associates. “His expertise and dedication have been integral to moving the company forward, and we look forward to his ongoing, valuable contribution as we evolve our strategic vision and culture.”

Wisse, who began his career at the firm as a brokerage intern, was promoted to assistant vice president in 2019, the news release said. He was named a vice president in early 2022.

Wisse holds a bachelor’s in business administration from West Virginia University.
