The Tile Shop Signs Lease for South Brunswick Space
ELMWOOD PARK, NJ – August 2016 – The Tile Shop has agreed to lease just over
103,000 square feet of industrial space for their regional distribution center at Heller Park
in South Brunswick. Dave Saltzman, Sr. Vice President from Lee & Associates – New
Jersey represented the Tile Shop, and negotiated with David Paster from Heller Industrial
Parks on the agreement for the property.
The Tile shop is a rapidly growing national retailer of imported tile for kitchen, bath,
flooring, and more. The company has over 100 locations across the country, with 7
existing, and more coming, throughout New Jersey.

Market”, is ideal, allowing for easy access to their northeast stores, and the space large
enough to serve their growing base.
