A transportation company has signed a full-building, 160,000-square-foot lease at a Union Township industrial building, according to brokers involved in the deal. In a news release, Bussel Realty Corp. said the property at 601 Lehigh Ave. will provide Easton Coach Company LLC with both functional warehouse space and heavy excess outdoor parking. A private investor has purchased a 20,000-square-foot industrial building in Clifton, in a newly announced deal by Lee & Associates New Jersey.
