February 16, 2021 (Seattle, WA) - Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services, the largest broker-owned commercial real estate firm in North America, is pleased to announce the addition of three seasoned brokers to its growing team.  John Bauder, Harrison Laird, and Yeh-Hee Hahn, all formerly of CBRE, Inc., have joined Lee & Associates in its Tacoma office.  Laird said of the move: “We are excited to be a part of the growing team at Lee & Associates. They have a strong, national platform with a tailored, boutique approach in each market. Lee & Associates opened its doors in the Pacific Northwest in January 2017 with just one office and 3 brokers.  According to Jim Bowles, regional President of Lee & Associates, Lee has since achieved significant, yet deliberate, regional growth. With a current total of 38 producing Brokers, Lee & Associates is serving the entire Puget Sound area from its now three offices in Seattle, Tacoma and Bellevue, the latter of which opened last month with the addition of the AGM brokerage team.
