Zachary and Micheal are notable alumni of the University of Washington Milgard School of Business in Tacoma. Since 2018, they have created a great track record of facilitating commercial property leasing and sales in the Greater Tacoma area. They each launched their real estate careers at G & K Ota Family LLC, their family's legacy real estate firm. There, they gained experience in Real Estate Account and Property Management, moving into acquisitions, thereby building their business as they skillfully managed the daily operations of the company.
