The Challenge
Find a replacement tenant for a suite that was going to be vacated from an expanding tenant. To save the landlord money, we had to find the tenant prior to the expiration date.
Our Approach
Our approach was to quickly assemble marketing materials and content the brokerage community and direct prospecting in the area to identify all potential prospects. There we multiple other competing vacancies with a few mile area.
The Outcome
Due to the aggressive marketing campaign, we identified the perfect fit tenant and were able to work with the vacating tenant to cover expenses. We were able to come up with a more competitive and creative offer. The landlord was able to have limited out of pocket expense 35% higher than what the previous tenant was paying.
