Jim Lampman joined Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services as an investment properties transaction specialist with 32+ years of experience. Prior to joining Lee & Associates, Jim was a senior vice president with Colliers for 4 years, was a SVP with CBRE for 27 years and, prior to his time with CBRE, held various high level & ownership positions as a commercial banker in Colorado.

His specialties include Low-Income House Tax Credit (LIHTC) apartment properties, HUD Section 8 housing, Affordable senior housing, Assisted-living centers, land & conventional multi-housing properties, all of which are pursued nationwide. Jim has performed over 200+ transactions in 30 states.

In addition to his work in senior housing, Jim is heavily involved in advising owners on redevelopment of affordable housing for seniors & families using Section 42 low-income housing tax credits.

Jim has lived with his wife, Ann Bishop, in Bellevue, Washington since 1989.
