Carson is a dedicated commercial real estate advisor specializing in office and industrial leasing and investment sales. A graduate of Washington State University with a Bachelor of Science in Economics, Carson has been in and around the business for many years. Joining Lee & Associates in 2021, he took a hands-on approach from day one and has completed well over 100 transactions on behalf of a wide range of clients, including tenants, landlords, high-net-worth families, developers, public and private REIT’s, and non-profits.

Prior to his tenure at Lee & Associates, Carson gained valuable experience at Legacy-Commercial, a family-owned firm with holdings throughout the US and Canada, where he quickly became passionate about the industry. This early exposure to leasing and long-term investment strategies provided a comprehensive understanding of the business and laid a strong foundation for his career.

Carson is known for his strong work ethic, clear and timely communication, and commitment to delivering full-service satisfaction throughout the commercial leasing and sales process. His expertise in the industrial and office sectors, combined with a deep understanding of market dynamics, has established him as a trusted advisor in the industry.
