John joined Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services in 2019 after graduating from Santa Clara University. Upon graduation, John set his sights on entering the commercial real estate world after witnessing the rapid change of Seattle and Bellevue’s skylines and the region’s booming economy. After interviewing with several firms, John chose to join Lee & Associates due to the opportunity to be a part of the action on day one.
John’s primary focus is servicing over 1.5 million square feet of industrial/high-tech flex product in Kent Valley. In addition to his listings, John is active in Tenant/Buyer representation and sales of industrial, office, and retail properties around King and Pierce County.
Over the past four years, John has driven $300 million in gross deal volume and transacted over 400 deals. Experience working on all sides of transactions has allowed John to build a strong understanding of common pain points for both users and owners, as well as how to navigate them to ensure client satisfaction. He prides himself on maintaining a strong work ethic, delivering clear and timely communications, and approaching every transaction with integrity and his client’s best interests in mind.
Born in Dallas but raised in the Pacific Northwest, John enjoys getting out in the mountains to hike or ski as much as his free time permits.
