Property features include 10 dock high loading positions, 24’ clear warehouse space with a fenced yard and major street frontage on Alondra Boulevard.
The property went into escrow just before the COVID pandemic and was successfully closed which resulted in setting the highest sales comp in the market for buildings over 100,000 square feet in 2020.
