ONTARIO, Calif. – May 20, 21016 – The Orange office of Lee & Associates, the largest broker-owned commercial real estate firm in North America, has closed a $3.26 million sales transaction for a 3 acre parcel of land located on Inland Empire Boulevard at Meredith International Centre in Ontario, Calif. The new owner, Walters Automotive Group, has plans to build a car dealership on the site, which is located next to their Audi Dealership currently under construction.
An announcement, by Walters Automotive Group in regards to which auto brand will occupy the property, is forthcoming. Discussions, for the development of a third automotive dealership in the same location, are underway.
The sale set a new market high for land in the Ontario area. The seller, Craig Development Corporation, was represented by Chuck Noble, John Hatzis, Dave Hunsaker, and Brett Meredith, and the buyer was represented by Peter Sowa, all agents with Lee & Associates in Orange, Calif.
