The 300 – Bank of America Tower of Anaheim is nearing 80% occupancy as modernizing renovations get underway, which include common areas, lobby, restrooms, windows, elevators and a high-speed internet fiber network. The tower is a 121,835 SF ten-story office building located in downtown Anaheim, which will feature an outdoor courtyard seating/collaboration area, free Wi-Fi access, on-site management, and 24-hour security.
