DALLAS, Texas – November 7, 2016 – The Orange, California office of Lee & Associates, the largest broker-owned commercial real estate firm in North America, has negotiated a $5.2 million sale of a 47,652-square-foot industrial building located at 12002-12092 Forestgate Drive, Dallas, Tex.
Tom Grant, a principal of Lee & Associates Orange, represented the buyer, P.S.F.W. Properties, LLC. The seller was Red Hawk Apt LTD.
“My California based investor was looking to add a multi-tenant property to his industrial portfolio and decided on Forestgate Drive because it was newer construction and in a lower vacancy market,” said Grant.
