ONTARIO, Calif.—December 15, 2016—Raymond Handling Solutions, Inc. (RHSI), has leased the 77,858-square-foot industrial distribution building located at 4602 E. Brickell in Ontario, California for a total consideration of $4.92 million.
Principal Allen C. Buchanan and Associate Joshua K. Harper, who are with the Orange, CA office of Lee & Associates, the largest broker-owed commercial real estate firm in North America, represented the tenant. The landlord, VIP Brickell LLC, was represented by Mike Wolf of Lee & Associates in Ontario.
“RHSI has five strategically located sales, repair and distribution centers throughout Southern California,” said Buchanan of Lee & Associates Orange. “The expansion at the Ontario branch will enable RHSI to service the explosive growth in the Inland Empire.”
