Brett is a licensed California Real Estate Broker at Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc. – Orange. Specializing in both Owner and Tenant representation of industrial buildings, Brett Has worked on sales and leasing in the Orange County and Los Angeles County marketplace.

Career Summary

Prior to joining Lee & Associates - Orange, Brett spent several years gaining experience in Commercial Real Estate by working as an assistant property manager for the Saturn Industrial Center Owners Association. In addition, he worked on a special assignment over a six-month period preparing leases and lease renewals for two multi-tenant industrial parks owned by the Link Alondra Center.

Education

Brett graduated from the University of California Santa Barbara with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics.

Affiliations/Interests

Prior to college, Brett played competitive Water Polo for 10 years. Today, Brett enjoys the sport of Rock Climbing, specifically bouldering, at a local rock-climbing gym. He is also an avid spear fisherman and surfer, who fishes and surfs in various places around the world.
