ANAHEIM, CA – March 22, 2018 – Consolidated Container Co. renews lease. Consolidated Container Co. currently leases and occupies a 161,500 SF industrial building located at 1201 East Cerritos Avenue in Anaheim, has renewed its lease for 10 years. Total consideration was in excess of $15+ Million.
Brian Netzky and Jim Herbst of Interstate Tenant Advisors, LLC, along with Brad Gilmer of Lee & Associates Orange, represented Consolidated Container Co. (CCC). Prologis, which is the lessor, represented itself.
“After an extensive analysis of building options throughout all of Southern California, including the Inland Empire markets, CCC decided the best economics were to extend and remain in its current Anaheim building”, said Gilmer. “With the expense to move a large manufacturing operation and with its central location, in order to service clients within the LA Basin, the Anaheim location was deemed to be the best long-term fit for CCC.”
