ANAHEIM, Calif.—December 21, 2016—Crosspointe Church, which is currently located in Yorba Linda, CA, has signed a 10-year, $5,957.644 lease for 44,913 square feet of space at the Anaheim Corporate Center, located at 1300 N. Kellogg Drive, Anaheim.
Principal Allen C. Buchanan and Associate Joshua K. Harper of the Orange office of Lee & Associates, the largest broker-owned commercial real estate firm in North America, represented the landlord, 1300 Anaheim, LLC. Crosspointe Church was represented by Gian Starita of Colliers.
“The tenants have plans to convert the flex/R&D building to a church,” said Buchanan. “Crosspointe Church had been looking at this property, which had been vacant for the last two years. Six months of negotiations, a conditional use-permit and a zone change later, and Crosspointe expects to open in mid-2017.”
