ORANGE, Calif. – September 14, 2017 – The Orange office of Lee & Associates is pleased to announce that Phillip DeRousse has been promoted from Associate to Principal.

DeRousse started his career working for the City of Santa Fe Springs, where he specialized in the Conditional Use Permit and Regulatory Permit process. He brought this knowledge with him in 2013 when he joined Lee & Associates Orange, where he has specialized in industrial real estate and become an expert in the southeast Los Angeles, mid-counties market. Phillip was born and raised in Whittier, California and uses this familiarity of the market to his advantage in his focus on the Mid Counties area.

As an industrial property specialist, DeRousse has completed over 80 transactions for nearly $56 million in total consideration. Clients include Polycoat Products, Venn Corp., Cailyn Cosmetics, Damac Products, Premier Packaging, Lane Seven Apparel, and Conquest Industries.
