Professional Experience

Kevin Chang is a Principal/Shareholder at Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc. – Orange. He concentrates on assisting owners in purchasing, optimizing, and selling their net-lease investments nationwide. His net-lease experience includes closing over $150 million in retail and industrial real estate across 23 states, enabling him to advise on deals across the country and offer unique investment ideas to his clients.

Kevin’s clients consist of private investors, developers, family offices, private equity real estate funds, and REITs. His philosophy is simple: build long-term relationships by adding real value for his clients. Practical examples of this include identifying ways for clients to increase income on their investments, maximizing proceeds on sale, and finding new investment opportunities.

Before joining Lee & Associates, Kevin was a Director at Jones Lang LaSalle in its national Net-Lease Property Group (March 2020-January 2024). There, he focused on selling net-lease investments with investment-grade credit. Prior to that, he was an Associate at Matthews Real Estate Investment Services in its Restaurant Practice Group (December 2014-February 2020), where he focused on selling net-lease Quick Service Restaurants.
