The value of the lease is approximately $2.1 million. The Mid-Counties Industrial Team of Lee & Associates, comprised of Joel Hutak and Phillip DeRousse, represented the tenant, Hawaiian Islands Forwarders.
“We recently engaged Phillip and Joel and Lee & Associates to represent Hawaiian Islands Forwarders in finding a bigger warehouse facility to support our growth and to sublease our existing building,” said Michael Scotch, CFO. “In a tight market, we were able to secure the building we wanted in the time frame we needed it.”
The property is a one-of-a-kind, freestanding warehouse that features 7,119 SF of office space, 2 ground level doors, 8 dock high doors, 26’ warehouse clearance, and large private fenced yard.
