Lee & Associates-Orange (“L&A”) has been retained by Caribou Industries, Inc. (the “Owner”), as its exclusive agent, to secure a qualified buyer (“Buyer”) for the purchase of 888 N. Main St. ("888 Tower") in Downtown Santa Ana, California. The under construction property is currently a vacant 10-story office building. As one of the first major adaptive reuse apartment projects in the vicinity, 888 Tower will consist of 148 apartment units and is scheduled to be delivered mid 2020.
