The site in Idaho Falls, ID located at 2105 Boge Avenue is a 79,184 square foot single-tenant industrial property leased long term to Elevation Labs. TOK Commercial Real Estate represented the seller.
The site in Gilbert, AZ located at 2065 W. Obisipo Avenue is a 55,345 square foot single-tenant industrial property leased long term to Benson Systems. VIAONE Commercial Real Estate Group represented the seller.
