Lee & Associates – Pasadena’s Founding Principal Jodi Shoemake successfully facilitated a long-term lease of a 9,020 sq. ft. freestanding retail building located at 422 S. Lake Avenue in the city of Pasadena, California, to outdoor patio/garden retailer Terra Outdoor Living. The company has 11 physical locations in Northern and Southern California and a strong online presence.

“Terra started looking in 2018 for space in Pasadena and we were very close to signing a deal just before the pandemic hit. I was lucky home furnishings and patio furniture sales did really well during quarantine. It’s a great company and exciting for South Lake Avenue.” Jodi Shoemake represented the Tenant in the negotiations with the Landlord to bring Terra Outdoor to Pasadena.
