Lee & Associates – Pasadena closed Casa Del Rey Apartment Homes in San Gabriel for $19,600,000, with an in-place CAP rate of 2.98%! Robert Leveen and John Berger represented the Seller, a family trust, in the selling of this 56-unit multi-family property to Landmark Realty and Property Management.
Lee & Associates – Pasadena brokered the sale of an office building at 675-677 Cliffside Drive in San Dimas for $2,000,000. Chris Johnson represented the Seller, Liberty Home Mortgage LLC, in the sale of this 7,032 SF property. This building was sold to PBS Properties Enterprises LLC on January 5, 2022.

Mauricio Olaiz, Trevor Gleason and John Berger of Lee & Associates – Pasadena represented the Seller in the transaction of an office building at 794 W. Santa Anita Avenue in San Gabriel. Consisting of 4,294 SF, this property was sold for $1,900,000 on January 19, 2022.

Lee & Associates – Pasadena agent Colleen Carey sold an office building at 3231 E. Foothill Boulevard in Pasadena for $915,000. Representing the Seller, Convalescent Aid Society, this 1,500 SF property was sold to Sunrise First Aid & CPR, Inc., an organization that provides classes to educate independent individuals and companies about first aid.

Lee & Associates – Pasadena leased a suite at 488 E. Santa Clara in Arcadia. Colleen Carey represented the Lessee, Vascular Care Specialists of Los Angeles, in the leasing of a 6,106 SF medical office space for a 125-month term.

 

Colleen Carey of Lee & Associates – Pasadena leased a 2,361 SF suite at 600 S. Lake Avenue in Pasadena. Representing the Lessee, this office space was leased to Finocchiaro & Co., an accountancy corporation, for a 65-month term.

Lee & Associates – Pasadena leased a 2,000 SF suite at 19700 Arrow Hwy in Covina. Christopher Larimore and Vincent Molitor represented the Landlord, Mat Surf, LLC, in this transaction to the Tenant, Goodguy TCGs, LLC, a professional hobby association that specializes in trading cards, collectables and tabletop games.
