Colleen Carey and Brendon Shoemake (representing M&D Professional LLC, the Seller) closed a Medical Office property at 620 N Lake Ave., in Pasadena for $8,300,000.
Mauricio Olaiz, represented the Landlord (Sreedhar R. Yetur) at 925 E. Colorado Blvd., in Pasadena for an office space with John Berger representing the tenant (Ebone Capone, Inc).
Christopher Larimore and Vincent Molitor represented the Landlord (Cameron Court, LP) at 1521 W. Cameron Ave, Suite 250 in West Covina for an office space with 2,296 SF. The starting rental rate was $2.00 per square foot.
Mauricio Olaiz and John Berger represented both the Seller and Buyer for an Office Building in 1038 Foothill Blvd, in La Canada Flintridge. The property sold for $1,550,000.
Robert Leveen closed an Absolute NNN IHOP in Kansas City, Missouri for $2,570,000. The Buyer completed a 1031 exchange from a small multi-family property to a brand new 25 year lease, with a starting CAP rate of 6.25%.
Jodi Shoemake and Mauricio Olaiz represented the Buyer for a Starbuck’s at 1903 Frederick Boulevard in Portsmouth, Virginia. The property completed construction in 2023 and sold for $2,308,000, a 5.2% cap rate.
