Jodi Shoemake and Mauricio Olaiz, represented the Buyer (LeeGacy DB KY, LLCa Kentucky) at 234 E. New Circle Rd., in Lexington, Kentucky for a retail property that sold for $1,975,000.
Mauricio Olaiz and Trevor Gleason represented the Seller (Arlene F. Vogel Trust) at 5478 Alhambra Ave in Los Angeles for an industrial building that sold for $1,080,000.
Elliott Gallahan and Mauricio Olaiz represented the Tenant, Gracie Jiu Jitsu – Pasadena, for a 4,000 sf lease at 75 W. Walnut in Pasadena. Over a $2.4 million dollar lease consideration.
Elliott Gallahan and Linda Brown of LDM Commercial represented the Landlord, for 23838 Valencia Blvd in Santa Clarita for a 4,100 sf lease to Advanced Wound Care – Santa Clarita. A $1.4 Million dollar lease consideration.
