Lee Pasadena Advisory Group Completes HQ Assignment

Lee & Associates – Pasadena Advisory Group is honored to announce the historic relocation of Lucas Horsfall with its new corporate headquarters at 299 N. Euclid Avenue, Pasadena, California. The project will include a state-of-the-art design & construction completed by SAA Architecture and scheduled for a Fall 2019 move in date.

Rene Soto and Christopher Larimore of Lee & Associates – Pasadena, represented the tenant, Lucas Horsfall, in their relocation. The Landlord, Equity Office Properties, was represented by William Boyd and Scott Unger from Kidder Mathews.
