Lee & Associates – Pasadena brokered the sale of the Auto Palace, a vehicle storage facility, at 460 W. 5th Street in San Pedro. Jamie Harrison and Chris Manassero represented the Seller, Flying Colors Group, LP, in the sale of this 112,500 SF property for $9,604,000. The Auto Palace was sold to Palatine Capital Partners on October 28, 2021.
Colleen Carey of Lee & Associates – Pasadena represented the Seller, Robert M. and Mary E. Loveland Revocable Trust, in the purchase of vacant land at Kendall Drive in San Bernardino Road. Containing 5.78 acres, this industrial land was sold to Western Realco, a real estate developer company, for $4,500,000 on October 8, 2021.
Jamie Harrison, Christopher Larimore and Vincent Molitor from Lee & Associates – Pasadena represented both the Seller, Desert Crest LLC and the Buyer, Chung and Associates Inc., in the purchase of an investment sale at 599 S. Barranca Avenue in Covina for $4,350,000. The Seller originally purchased this property in 1999 as an owner-user, running their family business from this location. The sale was prompted after the seller retired and the family business relocated to San Dimas, CA. The Buyer was in the market for a multi-tenant office building with potential upside in rents.
Lee & Associates – Pasadena sold a 15,210 square foot multi-family building at 4200 La Rica Avenue & 4203 Baldwin Park Boulevard in Baldwin Park for $3,325,000. Robert Leveen, Christopher Larimore and Vincent Molitor represented both the Seller (Gurfinkel Disclaimer Trust) and Buyer (Advalue Construction INC.) in this transaction.
Lee & Associates – Pasadena agent Colleen Carey represented the Seller, Diana L. Lazarian and Nancy Rose, in the sale of 2707 E. Foothill Boulevard in Pasadena. Consisting of 8,530 SF, this industrial property was sold to La Tierra Nica, LLC, a domestic limited-liability company, for $2,500,000.
Lee & Associates – Pasadena sold a 5,583 SF retail building at 1950 S. Atlantic Boulevard in Monterey Park for $2,150,000. Dan Bacani, Christopher Larimore and Vincent Molitor represented both the Seller (16500 Gale LLC) and Buyer (Han Investment MPK LLC) in this transaction.
Lee & Associates – Pasadena agent Dan Bacani sold a 2,341 SF office building at 303 E. Foothill Boulevard in Monrovia, with multi-tenant space available. Our agent represented the Seller, Cheryl Ann Gasparini, and sold the property for $1,165,000 to AEC Financial, Inc.
Jamie Harrison and Chris Manassero of Lee & Associates – Pasadena sold a 1,000 SF retail building for $875,000 at 4893 Main Street in Yorba Linda, representing both the Buyer and Seller. This multi-tenant property was sold to Terra Culinary LLC, with plans to open a restaurant at this location.
