Primarily operating out of the greater Los Angeles area, Tim has worked in retail brokerage and real estate development for over 35 years. He has extensive experience in sales, leasing and master planning of both existing and new real estate developments. Recently, Tim has expanded his advisory practice to include municipal government clients recognizing the need for cities to take greater participation in retailing within their communities which is a massive driver of sales tax revenue and area employment. Tim also exclusively represents of the California Judicial Council in San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara and Ventura.
