CAREER HISTORY
Prior to his achievement of becoming both a Principal and Founder at Lee & Associates - Pasadena, Mr. Molitor was already an experienced agent successfully closing lease and sales transactions throughout his career as a Property Manager at Wheeler Steffen, Claremont and Allied Property Management, Ontario.
Through his consistent success of managing commercial real estate assets and capital improvement projects, Mr. Molitor began his own property management company in 2000 and served as President before joining Lee & Associates - Industry in 2006. His services include leasing for all major office, medical and neighborhood retail product types to include multi-tenant, single-tenant, mixed, owner-user and institutional.
