Biography
Jessica is the Managing Principal and Co-President of Lee & Associates - East Bay. In her 11 year history at Lee & Associates, she has built an extensive resume with an emphasis in RETAIL and INVESTMENT SALES. She is experienced in site selection, leasing, acquisitions, and dispositions. Her resume includes the representation of Tenants and Landlords in all sectors, including industrial and office types. She has been active in the East Bay commercial real estate market since 2006.
As an East Bay native, Jessica has a range of leasing and tenant representation assignments that stretch the entire Bay Area. She is the local market expert, honing in on the Tri-Valley and 580/680 corridor, providing unparalleled market knowledge. She has completed approximately 750,000 square feet in deals with a total
consideration in excess of $250 million dollars.
In her Co-President and Managing Director role, Ms. Mauser is the broker of record and manages the daily operation of Lee & Associates East Bay Inc., which includes an agent count of over 16 and growing, with annual transaction volume of $161 million in 2021. She is an active leader across the Lee & Associates group of companies, both holding a national Board of Directors seat and the acting west coast lead for the retail specialty practice. Jessica is the first woman to sit on the Lee & Associates Board of Directors.
Jessica was recognized as a “Top Women in California Real Estate” in 2021, an award presented by Connect Media. As a third generation Livermore native, she now resides in Danville with her daughters Sierra and Reese. In her free time she enjoys riding her horses, boating and traveling.
