Biography
Mark is primarily focused on the leasing and sales of Office/Medical buildings in the Tri-Valley. Prior to joining Lee & Associates, Mark worked in the real estate appraisal industry where he learned various methods of property valuation. This background, coupled with the fact that he is a life long resident of the Tri-Valley area, gives Mark a unique and extensive knowledge of the market. Mark has completed in excess of 500 lease and sale transactions since coming to Lee & Associates in 2006 and has been consistently a Top 10 producer. His client's loyalty over the years shows his trustworthiness and his dedication to always put his clients first. Mark’s first love is his family which include his wife Dayna, two sons Luke & Brayden, and daughter Avery. Mark’s other interests include surfing, snowboarding, football, indoor soccer, poker, disc golf, and gardening. He also has a passion for giving back to the less fortunate and is heavily involved in working with local charities in the Tri-Valley.
