MEET OUR TEAM

Nikki Kopp is an Associate with Lee & Associates - East Bay, Inc., primarily focused on
the leasing and sales of storefronts and retail shopping centers in the San Francisco
East Bay. As a retail specialist, Nikki represents both Landlords and Tenants throughout
the Tri-Valley with an expertise in content creation and social media marketing.
Prior to joining Lee & Associates, Nikki was entrenched in the Silicon Valley tech
sector. Nikki worked in High Tech holding both sales and relationship management
roles. As a strategic relationship manager, Nikki interfaced, developed, and managed
customers such as Apple and Tesla. Nikki found her passion for real estate and began
her real estate career in 2020 starting as Realtor with Keller Williams Tri-Valley Realty,
buying and selling residential property in the Bay Area. This experience provides her
with extensive knowledge on the geography and economic landscape of the area.
Nikki has a forward-facing approach to marketing and advertising, and she brings
expertise in omni presence. Nikki is a local retail expert, honing in on the Tri-Valley and
providing unparalleled market knowledge. As a lifelong resident of Livermore, her
familiarity with the area makes her a powerful asset to her clients. Nikki is devoted to
building professional relationships to ensure a positive experience and outcome for
all.
When not leasing up retail spaces, Nikki can be found on the local little league field
where she volunteers as a Granada Little League Board Member. Nikki has three boys
who keep her busy playing sports year-round, and she rarely misses a day at the gym.
She has a passion for fitness, and shares health and nutrition tips on Instagram.
