After spending several years in employee relations for state, federal and local governments,
Virginia Voelkel started her career in commercial real estate with a Bay Area firm. Shortly
thereafter, she joined CB Richard Ellis in the Oakland office and then helped found the Walnut
Creek office. After seventeen years at CB, Virginia joined Lee & Associates as a principal in the
Pleasanton office in 1998. In 2004, she was the number one Broker in the Pleasanton Office. She
specializes in office and medical office building leasing and investment sales in the East Bay.
