Calgary Expansion Marks the Third Lee & Associates Office in Canada  

November 16, 2022 (CALGARY, AB) – Lee & Associates, the largest broker-owned commercial real estate firm in North America, announces the opening of an office in Calgary, Alberta. The office will specialize in industrial, with plans to strategically recruit teams that will grow their capabilities in retail and office.

The Lee & Associates Calgary team will be led by Jon C. Mook, SIOR, and will include Emily Goodman as a Vice President and Principal. In addition to their transactional agents, the team will include Jack Mazury, Diana Didi, and Ann-Marie Muldoon.

Mook brings over 24 years of experience in industrial brokerage and development. Following his start in 1998, Mook spent fourteen years at JJ Barnicke and Colliers International. Since 2012, he has led the industrial division as Executive Vice President at Barclay Street Real Estate Ltd., a boutique firm in Calgary. These experiences gave him insight into working for both publicly traded and locally owned companies. Throughout his career, Mook’s focus has been on local and regional clients with an emphasis on the energy sector. He has spearheaded over 600 transactions and the construction of 45 industrial facilities.
