Lee & Associates Raleigh Durham will be handling office leasing

More development is in the works for downtown Cary as a local firm maps an overhaul of a decades-old property.
Cary-based Chatham Street Commercial filed site plans with the town earlier this year for the Rogers Building Redevelopment, calling for three stories of mixed-use office and commercial development in the heart of town.
