LEE & ASSOCIATES ADDS ANOTHER HIGH-PROFILE RETAIL LEADER

 

August 26, 2020 (Raleigh, NC) – Lee & Associates Raleigh-Durham, the regional office of the national commercial real estate firm Lee & Associates, announced today veteran Christina Coffey has joined the firm as Vice President. Ms. Coffey will specialize in Landlord and Tenant Representation services with a focus on retail.

Christina began her real estate career at Hunter & Associates in 2002 and most recently served as a Vice President of Retail Services for CBRE|Raleigh. With over 18 years of experience, she has completed over 475 retail deals valued at $190,000,000 and totaling 1,500,000 square feet. The Triangle Business Journal recently awarded Christina a SPACE Award for the Largest Retail Lease transacted in 2019.

Christina is an active member of the commercial real estate industry having served on the Board of Directors for the Triangle Commercial Association of Realtors (TCAR) and is an active member of Triangle Commercial Real Estate Women (TCREW), International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Downtown Raleigh Alliance (DRA) and The Greater Raleigh Chamber of Commerce. Christina is also highly involved in civic organizations serving on the Board of Directors for Band Together, SAFEChild, The North Carolina Freedom Park, and Leadership Raleigh Alumni Association. She was recognized as the Triangle Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 Class of 2013 for her contributions to the commercial real estate industry and the community.

A native of North Carolina, Christina earned a B.A. in Communications from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. When she is not hard at work or volunteering, she can often be found enjoying a concert, traveling the world or spending time with friends.
