Lee & Associates Raleigh-Durham expands with two new brokers

RALEIGH, NC – December 8, 2022 – Lee & Associates Raleigh-Durham, the regional office of the national commercial real estate firm Lee & Associates, is pleased to welcome Kyle Gross and Silas Fortuin to its brokerage team.

Kyle Gross joins Lee & Associates with nearly ten years of experience in commercial real estate and a proven track record of successful multifamily and capital markets sales. Before joining the firm, he worked with Marcus & Millichap’s National Multi-Housing Group where he was directly involved in more than $100 million of multifamily and mixed-use investment transactions. A Raleigh native, Gross attended East Carolina University.

Silas Fortuin is a new face to the Triangle’s commercial real estate industry. After graduating from Tulane University, he worked with a venture capital firm in Los Angeles as a project manager, then as an investment analyst for New Fortress Energy. At Lee & Associates, Fortuin will focus on land, industrial, and investment sales.
