Randy Bossé Joins Lee & Associates Raleigh-Durham

Raleigh, NC – September 20, 2023 – Lee & Associates Raleigh-Durham is pleased to announce that Randy Bossé has joined the firm as a Senior Director. In his new role, Bossé will focus on new business development and working with the firm’s retail team.

Bossé is a seasoned real estate professional with more than 40 years of experience. In addition to being a Partner at 1st Carolina Properties, Bossé was a co-developer of Park West Village in Morrisville and has also served as a consultant for several recent notable Triangle-area retail developments, including the Costco at Nichols Plaza in Apex, Fenton Place, and Peterson Station in Holly Springs.
