Major residential development maps 1,200+ homes, apartments in Wake County

A Virginia developer has plans to bring more than 1,200 new homes and apartments to Garner in a massive residential development.
Earlier this year, engineering firm Timmons Group hosted a neighborhood meeting for an upcoming project dubbed 401 Assemblage, calling for 500 apartments, 455 townhouses and 285 single-family detached homes. The developer on the project is listed as Virginia-based RST Development LLC.
