LEE & ASSOCIATES ADDS VETERAN DEVELOPMENT AND ENTITLEMENT SPECIALIST

Lee & Associates Raleigh-Durham, the regional office of the national commercial real estate firm Lee & Associates, announced today, Dan Koeller, formerly with JJM Consulting, has joined the firm as broker. Mr. Koeller will specialize in land, acquisition & dispostition, additionally providing the company with the ability to assist on property entitlements and development management, increasing property value and service for clients.

Dan began his career in the print and direct marketing industry at AMC-Jeep (now Fiat-Chrysler) by leveraging technology to create unique and interactive response mechanisms. He later experienced success in sales and achieved senior leadership positions. Utilizing his technology background, he transitioned from the corporate world into the dotcom arena helping to grow and eventually sell those entities, which led to his next challenge, in the real estate and land development sector. With over 14 years in the field, Dan has been involved in the development and redevelopment of over 4,000 lots and over 1,000 apartment units in the Carolinas, helping to either raise equity or secure financing for projects in the amount of over $100 Million.

In 2017, Dan was appointed by NC Governor, Pat McCrory to serve on a State Commission. Dan has been working in the Triangle for over 25 years and is a graduate of the University of Michigan.
