Mercalis, Inc. (formerly TrialCard) signs Corporate Headquarters Lease at Perimeter Park, Morrisville, North Carolina Through 2033

Lee & Associates Raleigh-Durham, the second largest CRE brokerage company in the Triangle, is pleased to announce the successful completion of one of the most significant office leases in the Triangle area for the year. Mercalis, Inc. (formerly TrialCard) has extended its corporate headquarters lease at 2250 Perimeter Park Drive through 2033. Marlene Spritzer and Brian Farmer represented Mercalis in the negotiations of 78,588 SF office space at 2250 Perimeter Park in Morrisville, one of the largest offices leases in 2023.
