Lee & Associates Raleigh Durham Welcomes Jaime Nolan as Vice President of Marketing and Research

Raleigh, NC – January 28, 2025 – Lee & Associates Raleigh Durham is excited to announce the addition of Jaime Nolan as Vice President of Marketing and Research. Jaime joins the firm with an impressive history of success in developing innovative marketing and public relation strategies, managing large-scale events, and leading creative efforts to enhance brand visibility.  Her background includes leadership roles with Hines at Fenton, where she managed branding, events, marketing and public relations efforts for the award-winning mixed-use development, and with General Growth Properties, where she led event, marketing and public relations initiatives for two properties.

In her new role, Jaime will oversee the firm’s marketing and research efforts, focusing on delivering actionable initiatives that align with client objectives. She will work closely with the leadership team to strengthen Lee & Associates’ market position and drive business growth.

Jaime’s achievements include earning recognition for her work in mixed-use developments and retail marketing, as well as managing campaigns that have set new benchmarks in the industry. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Hodges University and an Associate of Applied Science in Fashion Merchandising from the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT).
