STEPHEN WILLMORE

Stephen M. Willmore is a Vice President with Lee & Associates in the San Diego office, specializing in commercial leasing and investment sales. With over 30 years of leasing, sales and asset/property management experience, Steve and his partner, Erik Faucett, have established themselves as a team that brings deep property operations and tenant knowledge to the transaction.

Mr. Willmore has held various positions with other national and regional commercial real estate and banking organizations in the brokerage, property management, asset management and receivership fields. Steve has been affiliated with firms such as Insignia/ESG, The Koll Company, CBS Investment Realty, Inc., CB Richard Ellis and MeraBank Savings Bank. In addition, Steve has served as a Court Appointed Receiver on over 50 receivership actions through the California Superior Court system for retail, industrial, office, hotel and apartment properties.
